us date format after upgrading to iis 6

Hi,

i have an asp project that worked fine on a german windows 2000 iis5. Now we
upgraded to windows 2003 (us) and iis6. My problem is that now all dates are
in the us format. I already changed the system settings to german. No
effect. I found some Microsoft Articles for IIS 5, describing changes in the
registry. But I don´t know if I can use this tips for IIS 6 !?

Any tips ?
