Use Forms to Logon to IWA website

Hi All,
Can you please advise on the following -
We want a custom form where we capture username,password, domain and then
using this programmatically (redirect without having to enter credentials
again) logon the user to IWA website.

Is this possible? If yes, how can I acheive this.
