I have a asp.net web app written in VB.NET. Can i use a web user control
written in C# within my VB.NET asp.net web app?

  2. Visual Studio.NET 1.x won't let you mix C# and VB.NET in the same project.

So some options are to compile the control into a separate custom control
dll, or to use Visual Studio 2005.
