After looking at tons of documents & forums, many guys found that the
connection pool does not work when this resource is configured in
"DefaultContext", with the problem of driver lookup failure. annot be
founded, although the tag "Resource" and "ResourceParams" is
configured correctly.
One of the possible would be "DefaultContext" is located incorrectly.
"DefaultContext" should be located inside either "Host" or "Engine".
Tomcat seems do not figure out the element is mis-located.
