I wrote the documentation for the program using JavaHelp HelpSet
Version 2.0. Now I want to print all documentation(all pages that it
include). How can I do it?

I'd probably follow Sun's lead with their JavaHelp System User's Guide.
Prepare a printable version, possibly in PDF format, like jhug.pdf.
