Using Map

I have some users that want to have a screen with a map on it. It'll be of
chicago. Based on the the section of the map clicked on I'll bring back
certain addresses for buildings that I store in the database. Anyone know
how to do this.

Also want to be able to type in a certain address and find anything that
matches within a certain one mile range.
