utilizing output dll from any web authoring tools

  2. If you have compiled code behind, you can reference this using the Page
    directive:

    <%@ Page language="c#" Codebehind="<page name/>.aspx.cs"
    AutoEventWireup="false" Inherits="<namespace/>.<className/>" %>
