validating with proper charset

    can't figure out which character set to use.
    When I did get one version to validate, it kept saying it didn't like
    certain characters.
    What's wrong with a space? or is two spaces?

    Also, I would like to find a decent editor that will work in Vista
    premium. Payin a few bucks for one is no big deal.
