Right now i m facing some difficulties in my assignment. I would liketo know:

1) How can I check,using a vhdl code,if the year given in BCD is a leap year?

2)Can I create 2 7-segment digits in the same entity?

Well if you "only" should detect leap year from 1901 to 2099 will it be quite easy => if the two least significant bits = 0 will the year be a leap year.
