vhdl code for Manchester

Hi all;
I need vhdl code for converting 32-bit binary data into Manchester
encoding format (where in Manchester 1 represent 10 and 0 as 01) and
after conversion (it will be 64-bit) the Manchester encoded data
should be inputted to serial stream line signal. where this code is
appyling for Testbench and i am taking this code as package mode
