vhdl design verified according to DO-254

Did anybody try to verify vhdl design according to RTCA DO-254 (avionic
standard)?
I'm looking for people who did - to share the experience.

I am currently doing it. It's painful.

But level B only.

My colleagues have been working on level A. Even more painful !
