Virus Concerns for Uploading Pictures

    We are developing a website using asp.net. The admin user can add text and
    images via HTML editor.

    Uploading images "on the fly" seems very attractive from user's point of
    view, but it may post risks to the server.

    What's the best practice for uploading pictures?
