My site need to call phone number of the registered person. Simply say
recorded message and hung-up.
What would be the easiest way.
I do not mind to pay if there is a WebService with that feature.
Or may be Skype is my option. Can I dial and say recorded message using
Skype?
Anyone with that experience?
PS: Calls need to be made in USA.
