VWD 2010 Express Reg Key

I attempting to get a reg key for Visual Web Developer 2010 Express. After
logging the profile.microsoft.com/..... page just hangs with a cirle of
dots going around.

Any ideas of what I can do?

I got it working. Something to do with cookie settings.
