Web.Config and XML

    How can I have the following in my Web.Config file
    the problem is with the '&' character
    <add key="TemplatesFolder" value = "C:\temp & Test\" />

    <add key="TemplatesFolder" value = "C:\temp &amp; Test\" />

    ( "&amp;" is xml for "&" )
