Web Programmer Analyst (Server side JAVA)

Description:
Requirements include, but are not limited to: system requirements
definition, data model prototyping of HTML Web pages, detailed design,
development, testing, documentation, support, implementation, training and
data structure design. The java developer must be able facilitate user
groups performing high-level and detailed business analysis. As such, he/she
may be asked to coordinate the work of others. The developer must also be
able to work from external systems or specifications. Specifically, he/she
must be able to review specification documenting existing system code to
develop a firm understanding of system/business needs, and the appropriate
course for development in JAVA, WebLogic and Oracle. Work may also include
facilitating development of DENR SDLC requirements, then development of the
design for JAVA. This person must have excellent JAVA developmnet skills
coupled with exceptional oral and interpersonal communication skills. He/she
must be able to work independently to achieve outcomes in an expedient and
professional manner and work together with individuals from different
backgrounds and business units as an effective team player. The development
environment includes Oracle, Erwin, Toad, BEA WebLogic, Dreamweaver, Eclipse
and Crystal Reports and HTML.

Solid background with formal SDLC
Server side JAVA development
