Web server and browser are dead after call Process.GetCurrentProcess().

This is a very strange problem that I cannot figure out. It only seems to
be happening on my development machine when I browse locally.

I have isolated the problem area down to where My ASP.NET page makes a call
to Process.GetCurreentProcess. Once this call is made, that is when the
problem seems to occur.

Now, about the problem. As soon as I close my web browser, and re-open it
again, I cannot browse ANY web pages on any host unless I restart IIS.
However, while the browser is up, all is well until I close it and re-open
it. Is that strange or what? Does anyone have any ideas on what is going
on here?
