On the development server we don't get this issue.

Security is a concern on the live server. What do I do to make the
production server run the web requests with the impersonated credentials in
web.config for the web page calling the web service?

    We're using <identity impersonate = true with a user/password combination> I
    won't include here....

    Thanks in advance...
