Web service is not creating Log files when deployed in a server

Hi All,

Am facing a probelm in ceating log files from web services.

Issue:

The issue is if i am trying to call a web service from a stand alone
application , the web service inturn creates a log file.
This piece of code works fine in the local machine , creating the log file.
But the same code fails to create the log file in the server even though
the application executes successfuly.
Is there something to do with the security permissions in the IIS ?
Help needed here to create the log files.
