Web Service security

I have an asp.net app that calls a webservice to download images to the
browser. My question is what do I have to do to only allow my asp.net
    app to access it?

I'm really trying to figure out how much security and should I even
worry about security since all it does is return a file in binary
    format.

    Thanks
