web svc caching

Discussion in 'ASP .Net Web Services' started by Saverio Tedeschi, Jul 17, 2005.

  1. We are about to deploy our newly developed web svc, but since our svr is a
laptop with limited resource and limited bandwidth, I guess I'll use a
proxy, so I'm trying to figure the best configuration. My goal is to avoid
repeated. identical, queries so: is there some of you gurus who can point me
to the right direction? Better to cache svc or replicating between laptop
and and a faster, more band-having svr on which letting web services run?
