Web Usercontrol

I have created numerious controls but there is one thing i have never found
out.

I would like a control where i for instance had it like this:

<control>
control content here
</control>

If you see what i mean. The purpose is that this control would technically
wrap the content in a styled up box. (hope i have explained myself properly)

If someone could either explain how to do this or point me in the right
direction that would be great.
