WebControl and Resources

Hi,
I want to localize a WebControl I did and I wanted to know what are the
possibilities... I already use resource files for my pages, but I don't
think copying my strings in all pages where the control is used is a good
way to go. So there are the global resource files, but are they the way to
go or is there something else?
