When I load the page, the Server Error looks like this:

Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID
{E5FF9F62-0E7C-4372-8AD5-DA7D2418070C} failed due to the following
error: 80040154.
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of
the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more
information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException:
Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID
{E5FF9F62-0E7C-4372-8AD5-DA7D2418070C} failed due to the following
error: 80040154.

is that because I haven't registered the component or something? I just
put the jmail.dll in the bin folder. so what extra steps should take to
use Jmail?
Thanks in advance!!

Jmail needs to be installed on the server

Jmail is a small software package that needs to be installed on the server. I guess it isn't installed on your webserver.
