What happened to python.org link to new python projects?

    The python.org home page until recently had a link an index of new and
    old python projects. It had a bunch of categories, one of which was
    'latest'. I do not see that link anymore. Has it been replace by the
    PyPI (Python Package Index) link? Does it still exist?
