What is [assembly: AssemblyConfiguration("")] for in AssemblyInfo.cs?

I have found use of pretty much every other item in the AssemblyInfo.cs
file, except for this AssemblyConfiguration. Could someone explain how this
can be used and maybe point me to some examples?
