Many of them. Depends what you want.

Bjarne Stroustrup: "The C++ Programming Language."
While this book predates the standard it doesn't really
deviate from it significantly. Only be sure to get either
the Third or the "Special" edition. The Second edition,
written 15 years ago is way out of date with the modern
(and standard) langauge. I've never even seen the first
edition.
