I set the options of my HtmlSelect object in the code behind for my page. I
add a number of attributes on the ListItems that I add to the HtmlSelect. In
IE 6 I can reference these attributes on the option elements. On clients
running IE 5.5 none of the attributes that I added are available. It is as
if they never existed. Is this a known issue, and if so, is there a work
around? Is there any other reason why this would not work on IE 5.5
machines? Thanks.
