Windows Control Library on IE (security policy)

Hi there!

I have developed a Window Control Library to use its Window Form on Internet
Explorer.
So, when it access a WebService or directly a database it raises a error:
"The application attempted to perform an operation not allowed by the
security policy."

How Can I perform this operaion correctly? I've tried decrease my IE's
security level, but it is still not working...

any ideas?
