WMA, sending sms problem

I wrote the code for sending a sms, I try to send the sms to 4 kind of
mobile phone. One of them support WMA, and three other doesn't support
WMA.

The result of my test are :
- With WMA : I can see the msg and the content of the message is
correct
- With one of the phone which doesn't support WMA : I can see the msg,
but the content is not correct, I means he add something strange for
me.
- With two others, I cannot see the msg.

Could you tell me why ? I really don't understand the phenomena, I try
to read the specification of WMA, but I cannot find it out.
