Where I can found documentation or tutorial?

Since WSAD is basically Eclipse plus a bunch of plugins, the way you'd
write your own plugin would be identical to doing the same with Eclipse.
There are plenty of tutorials on the internet, and I have a book called
"The Java Developer's Guide to Eclipse", which contains a lot of
information on doing that.

Of course, if you want to use extension points of the WSAD plugins,
you'd need to go beyond core Eclipse to do so.
