Hello, I have been using wse 2.0 for allowing distributed clients to consume
webservices written in .net 1.1. The only feature that I have been using from
wse is timetolerenceinsecs so that clients with different/incorrect time
could consule webservices. I have other issues with wse's xmltextwriter i.e.
being able to serialize 1000+ of objects ( throws OutOfMemory exceptions) .
I was planning to dicontinue use of wse however was wondering if there were
work arounds for the time issues.

    Thanks.
