Can XML transformer transform 2 different XMLs into 1 XML?

probably better to ask in comp.text.xml

I assume you're talking about general XSLT transformations rather than a
specific product.

In this case, you can use the document() function in an XSL stylesheet to
pull in another document in addition to the main one you're transforming.
