XML Webservices/Network programming tutorial

Hi all.

I've been learning the ruby for about a month by myself. Yesterday,
I was looking for ruby some tutorials on XML Webservices via SOAP
and socket programming in ruby, but could find none except for
brief introduction on devx.com:

Can any of you recommend some nice tutorials/example codes for me?

Search on Ruby and you will find a socket programming tutorial as well

I got a nice tutorial on socket programming in ruby. However, I could
not find any ruby soap programming article. Are there any?
