Xpath apache xerces/xalan dom3

Hi,

has anyone a conclusion why the xalan xpath expressions
dont work with the dom3 implementation from xerces ?

I never get a result when the DOM is build via the lsparser.

Has someone the xerces lsparser and xalan xapth in a
running application ?
