XQuery Parser

Does anyone know of any XQuery parsers be they open-source or not?
Preferably usable with c++ or dotnet.

Ah... forgot about saxon... it's java right? can't use it in c++ or
..net, or can I?

There is a saxon.net port, not sure if it does xquery as well as xslt
though.
