First off it might help if your HTML wasn't a oddball mix of new and 20 year out of date nonsense. What makes a <label> a grammatical <p>aragraph? What makes a <input> a grammatical paragraph? Why are you slopping style into the markup repeating yourself over and over? Why are you using placeholders that are not EXAMPLES of what is to be input? Why are you still using complex <input> to do <button>'s job for the reset and submit? Why are you making <span> for nothing when that style could be hooked on the LABEL or the P? You ever heard George Carlin's routine "not every ejaculation deserves a name"? Well, not every tag needs a DIV or SPAN around it. Big tip, 99% of the time you see style="", you're looking at garbage code. Most of your problem though -- apart from your headers being insecure -- is that your naming convention is broken, willy-nilly, and inconsistent. Look at your textarea. Your label says it's for "subject", but there's no id="subject" on the page. Your PHP is trying to read $_POST['content'], but there is no name="content" on your page! There's a name="Message".. Same for "Country" vs "countries" vs. "country". Remember, this stuff IS case sensitive, which is why generally with things like names and ID's it's good to always just use camelCase. Or if you don't like camelCase just try and pick a style and stick to it. Consistency across your entire code is what matters. You switch between upper and lower case inconsistently, you're not keeping the names straight on everything, and that's why even without any form security it's still not working. Also not sure you should be using the country as the subject line... but seriously if you didn't have all that extra pointless markup and stuff that has no business in the HTML in the first place, it might have been easier to see where you went wrong.
