Ajax Page Works on Development PC but full postback on web server

I am currently testing Ajax extensions on my website. I have created a
gridview of cusomters from the Northwind sql server database inside an
updatepanel and a scriptmanager all on the same page. When I use the
gridview on my development PC, ajax works and the page doesn't postback when
I click on edit/delete/update/sort but once uploaded to my webspace the page
works and displays fine but any updates to the page result in a page
postback each time. Anyone have any suggestions?
