asp script on Netscape browser

I have an asp script for voting at my web-hosting and place this "object" to
call for it:
<object type="text/x-scriptlet" width="145" height="200"
data="/vote/SHOWVOTE.ASP"></object>
It works beautifully on IE 6 but blank on Netscape 7. Could someone advise
me how to make it work on both browser? Thanks.

IIRC, Netscape 6 didn't support the <object> tag and you had to use <embed>
or <aplet> or something. Perhaps the same is true in NS7. Try asking in a
Netscape group, since this is a browser issue.
