attachments from network resource in an aspx web mail application

Hi all
There seem to be a problem when i attempt to add
attachment from the client machine to the mail message sent from the
web aspx server application.
I am using dot net and i expect security issues to block
attempts from aspx code to access the file system on client machine but not
sure how to
over come this.
I suspect security because the same code runs just fine when executed
by a console application.

Here's the error message i get:

"Could not access 'CDO.Message' object.
Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. The network path
was not found."

Have any of you had some expirience in this sort of mission?

Hi Rea:

It certainly is a permissions issue.

Gaining access from the server to each client machine would surely be
problematic.

Another option would be to let the client upload the attachment to the
server, keep the file in a temp directory, attach and send the email,
then delete the file (unless you keep it around for audit purposes).
