hi all,
I am looking forward for guidance for migrate my application
from beehive-netui to Spring framework with least changes.
Hmm, 'least changes' might mean 'most work'.
I'd have to spend a long time studying the APIs of Apache BeeHive's
NetUI and Spring in order to work out some cunning way of salvaging code
from the former that could be used as-is in the latter. Maybe developing
some clever adapter classes would constitute "least change".
To get a round-peg into a square hole with "least changes", I'd use a
really big hammer. The result may be aesthetically revolting and hard to
maintain.
I suspect it might be a lot faster (and better?) just to scrap any
classes that are deeply dependent on Beehive's NetUI and start again.
I am waiting for yours expert advices and guidance,
I know approximately nothing about either Beehive or Spring, so you can
safely ignore me
