Changing a form's action in code behind

Is it possible to change the location a form posts to (the form has
runat=server)?

Instead of: action="sample.aspx?sessid=xxx&cmd=yyyy"
I want: action="sample.aspx?sessid=xxxx"

Can this be changed in code behind?

No. A Webform by nature always posts to itself. The Framework won't change
the ACTION property of the form, no matter what you do.
