configsource on system.serviceModel section

I am trying to use external config file for System.servicesModel using
configSource attribute, I get following error.

The attribute 'configsource' cannot be specified because its name starts
with the reserved prefix 'config' or 'lock'.

<system.serviceModel configsource="services.config" />
