conveyor belt photo slider; help needed..

I want to use the photoslider-script from dynamic drive, but I need to
adjust it. I want the slider only to move when there's a mouseover (in the
original script it's the other way around), also should it be possible to
direct the direction the slider moves using the mouse.
I am no good at scripting at all, so I hope someone can help me with this.
