Could not load type error - Please Help!

Hi all,

i have this error message appearing on my page, how do i
get rid of it, i have compiled all my vb pages but
nothing seems to work, if i remove this then i dont get
access to methods i need to get my user control to work.

can someone please shed some light on this.
