CrystalReports report file access denied error.

Hello group!

I'm having this odd trouble with my asp .net app. When I
try to read the .rpt file in order to create a .pdf doc I
get this error:

'CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.LoadSaveReportExcep
tion: Error en archivo C:\DOCUME~1\GOTHAM\ASPNET\CONFIG~1
\Temp\temp_0b4be2fc-cfa9-441d-bea8-3f39232aeb0f.rpt:
Report file is access denied. It may be in use by another
application.'

ASPNET user has full permissions on this file and the
folder that contains it and no other app is running
against it... any idea?
