Designing web sites for PDA's and Normal Web browsers

We are going to be using PDA's running windows Mobile 5 soon and I have been
asked how we can use a dynamically built forms on the server which will work
with both normal web browsers and PDA's running windows mobile 5.

Any pointers on this would be great.
