DSP Blocks Stratix

Hello,

I'm using Quartus II for synthesis 4 nyquist filter...

I don't understand why I can only implant 4 filters with 12 taps, I
used the Megafunctions (mult_add : 4 mult and adds) and it spend 80
DSP Blocks.
But with 12*4 taps : 48 taps It should use only 12 DSP blocks !!!

If I don"t uses the DSP blocks It spends 15000 Logic Elements.

Is it possible under Quartus II 4.0 to choose what's going to be
implant in DSP Blocks and the others in Logic Elements.
