In 1.1 I could handle events in global.asax simply by having a method
named <ModuleName>_<EventName>(...) and when the HttpModule raised the
event, it would get handled in global.asax automatically (without
having to explicitly do +=).
I have tried the same thing in 2.0. It dooes not seem to work. Can
someone please tell me what I might neeed to do to get this working?
