I have a page with animation that works fine stand-alone. When I embed it
as a frame the timing is off. The animation page, a clock face, brings up
images as each clock position is reached. The images can be clicked, but
the timing goes bad even with hands off the mouse. Since this is in debug
phase the other two frames in the frameset have src="". There is nothing
else happening on the framed page other than the animation. The slowdown is
not cyclic, i.e., on one pass it might slow down at clock times 8, 10, and
2, the next time around at 10, 11, 12 and 4. Not all times display an
image, and the slowdown seems to have no relationship to when am image comes
up.
Any ideas what is robbing my cpu cycles?
